Reeni Mederos: Supernatural Intelligence
This is the title of Reeni Mederos' latest Elijah List offering found here. The Lord is saying, "Lift up your heads and receive your strength! I am giving you a new vigor and a new strategy. There is a new dimension of strength, power and intelligence that I am releasing to My people in this hour. A new way of thinking and a new view of your future. I have not left you helpless, for I am your help even in the extreme of circumstances. Take on the new mind and strength that I am giving to you today and wear it as a cloak of honor," says the Lord. As a dominionist who believes that the church is taking control of world government and returning the earth to its pre-Adamic state and then inviting Jesus back to rule on earth, it is simply not surprising that she writes these words. Surveying the impossibility of the task that dominionists have set themselves must be daunting indeed. Sadly, it also means that the Jesus that they are inviting back is not the Jesus of the Bible, the Son of God who is sovereign over all. It is also unsurprising that such words are necessary, because without such words, how can they hope to keep up the spirits of their followers. They need a continual supply of something "new". Here Reeni gives a word that they are going to receive a supernatural intelligence! One is tempted to ask the obvious: why were these people not born with this supernatural intelligence in the first place?It is at this point that one remembers that dominionists have strayed from God's written word. This is what the Bible says: The LORD was pleased that Solomon had asked for this. So God said to him, "Since you have asked for this and not for long life or wealth for yourself, nor have asked for the death of your enemies but for discernment in administering justice, I will do what you have asked. I will give you a wise and discerning heart, so that there will never have been, anyone like you, nor will there ever be. 1Kings 3 vv10-12. Now if we put that into plain english the Bible is telling us that the wisest of all men ever would be King Solomon. Is this supernatural intelligence of the same order as Solomon's? It cannot be greater.
Gaze upon the beauties of Heaven that belong to you, and be strengthened in your heart, and see My hand moving mightily in your midst. You are My move in the earth and I will move through you, each of you, even as I have heard your heart cry and distress. See what I will do for you. Supernatural strength and supernatural intelligence I desire to give you freely for the taking. Expect it and anticipate it. Help is on the way. So help, supernatural strength and supernatural intelligence are on their way! Goody.
God says in His Word in Isaiah 55:9, "For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts." It also says in Isaiah 55:6 to "seek the LORD while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near." This reveals God's heart for us in two ways. First, God is calling us to seek Him out. Secondly, God is revealing that there is something to be found out by us. There is something He wants to reveal to us. There is something we don't know and have yet to discover, and it is His desire to reveal it. So Reeni is promising the revelation of a mystery! How does Reeni get that from the verse which she has quoted?
God is calling us to go beyond our natural ability to find out what that something is. We can dare to tap into His "higher intelligence," because there are things we need to know that are vital for our future - and the only way to receive that kind of supernatural knowledge is to humble ourselves and fervently seek Him with all our hearts. It is in that place where we will receive the impartation of God's "supernatural intelligence" from His mind to ours. But Reeni does not reveal what the mystery is. Firstly, scripture is silent on this issue, there is no mystery to be revealed. This is just plain gnosticism. Secondly, the Bible reveals all we need to know about the future, of which unfortunately, Reeni prefers to remain in ignorance.
He has given us the incredible opportunity to tap into the conversation of the Godhead and to listen in on the strategy of His heart and what He is thinking and planning for our lives when we genuinely come to the Lord to inquire of Him, of His heart, of His mind and His thoughts in the time of our extreme need. It is an invitation to come up higher in our "mental" and "spiritual" capacity, because He knows our human limitations but also knows what wonderful things we are capable of. He freely gives us His divine wisdom, direction and strength if we seek Him for it, realizing He is the ultimate intelligence we could ever obtain - and He knows exactly what we need. He will not only cause us to be in sync with His ways and thoughts, but He will also position us to receive answers to our petitions and situations that are seemingly impossible to the natural mind. There is no opportunity to tap into the conversation of the Godhead. On the question of Jesus returning, Jesus himself said: No-one knows about the day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. Matthew 24 v36. Since that is the case, then how can we tap into the conversation and listen in on the strategy of His Heart. This is simply unscriptural rubbish she is offering. Scripture, and these are Jesus' words, is absolutely clear on this point. We simply don't know and we don't have anyway of finding out, yet, Reeni, along with with all her dominionist buddies thinks she does have the answer.
Compounding her error, she then says: This "supernatural intelligence" kicks into gear when you have given all that you have and God takes what you offer Him and transforms it into something other than what is natural for you. This is semi-pelagian claptrap. When we have done all that Reeni says, then God will produce the goods! If God wanted you to have the goods then He, through divine providence would give you the goods at the right moment. But as we have seen, scripture-wise there are no goods available for us to have.
The dominionist cause is one of complete hopelessness and it is probable that many devotees have reflected upon that very fact. Firstly, this explains why loud, long worship is necessary to give people an adrenalin rush, which they mistakenly believe is God's presence and glory. Secondly, people like Reeni Mederos have to feed them with unscriptural words like these, simply to keep their hopes up, to keep them in the fold and presumably, to keep the money flowing in! If we step away from scripture, we are denying the truth of scripture and the consequence is that it becomes more and more difficult to grasp God's truth because pride begins to rule. I can't be wrong. Yes, you can be wrong, and it requires repentance and a trusting of scripture to put it right.
It is the knowledge of the glory of the Lord that is a threat to the kingdom of darkness, causing it to manifest greater attacks. Because there is a greater release of the knowledge of the glory of the Lord in the earth, we also see an increase of the enemy's counterfeit knowledge to try to divert people's attention and focus off of the Lord through enticements and deceptions. It is no wonder the enemy of our souls is working overtime against us. What we have seen in the last two years in the idea that "the glory" is something tangible. I am the LORD; that is my name! I wil not give my glory to another or my praise to idols Isaiah 42 v8. We cannot share God's glory. We cannot live in God's glory. We cannot pass God's glory from one person to another. So why is the knowledge of the glory of the Lord a threat to the kingdom of darkness? The threat to the kingdom of darkness is the preaching of the Gospel with persons getting saved. They are being drawn from satan's kingdom into the kingdom of heaven. That is why there is rejoicing in heaven when one sinner repents (see Luke 15 v7).

It literally crushes the carnal thoughts we war with and brings our thoughts back to His...after all. Clearly his method of discernment is to rely on his inner feelings failing to realise that Reeni Mederos does not understand the Gospel for which reason she ought to be carrying a spiritual health warning.
